Sandra Oluwatosin Eshemokai O.

Born and brought up in Nigeria as the sixth of eight children, Sandra learned parenting from her late father — a gentle, intentional presence who shaped her belief that transparent communication is the truest form of parenting.
She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from her Nigerian university education and a Level Three Diploma in Adults' Care from the United Kingdom. While in Nigeria she was an independent radio and television producer, and mentored children through the Numeruno Fan Club / The Number One Child.
Her professional life pivoted after an unexpected job loss — a moment she transformed into a catalyst for reinvention. She became a dynamic media personality and writer while raising three children, and channelled the lessons into her debut book, Beyond Motherhood and Creativity: Reclaiming My Dreams.
Today she leads two vehicles of impact: the Divine Numeruno concept — through which she orchestrates the prestigious Prime Laurel Awards — and the Numeruno Charity Foundation, integrating scholarships with structured emotional intelligence training and mental health advocacy.

A telecommunications and logistics professional with over 13 years of experience across customer service, supply chain management, and technical operations. He has worked with globally recognized organizations including British Telecommunications (BT), Huawei Technologies, and Ericsson. Emmanuel is passionate about community development, leadership, and using his skills to support initiatives that create lasting social impact.
Inenemoh Omoze Victory
Director Operations and Administration
An accomplished Operations and Administrative Executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across corporate and non-profit sectors. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and specializes in driving organizational efficiency, policy development, and financial planning. She has a proven track record of supervising diverse teams, managing large budgets, and optimizing stakeholder relations. She is an active Public Administration scholar focusing on governance, administrative reform, and institutional capacity building.
